I'm Josefina Arriola
And I deeply believe that even the hardest moments hold purpose. My path has not been linear. I have lived processes that led me to question everything… and to rebuild from zero.
Today I walk with others through that same journey: from inner chaos to a life with meaning, direction and coherence. Not from perfection — from truth.
I am also the author of Tears That Only Heaven Sees, a work that gathers my own process and today reaches people seeking to rebuild themselves with meaning.

What people ask me most.
01 Is this psychological therapy?
No. My work is mentorship — a process of clarity and direction from lived experience, not clinical diagnosis. When needed, I refer to professionals.
02 Do I need to have lived something "very heavy" to start?
No. Chaos is not measured. If you feel something needs ordering, that is enough.
03 How does 1:1 mentorship work?
12 biweekly online sessions. We work on your story, the decisions on hold, and your vision — with concrete tools between sessions.
04 Does the book replace the work together?
It is an excellent starting point and many people walk it on their own. The mentorship is for those who want to go deeper, with guidance.
05 What language do you work in?
Spanish as the primary language. I can also work in English and Portuguese, and my book is available in all three.
06 How can I invite you to an event?
Through the "Invite Josefina" form above. I reply personally within 5 days.
